Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jay's Store (www.jeanajones.store)! We want to ensure you have a wonderful shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene & Safety Exceptions
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following products CANNOT be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Cosmetics, makeup, lipsticks, and beauty essentials.
- Pet care and grooming items (including pet brushes).
These items must be completely sealed, unopened, and in their original intact packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Jaysdomains@jeanajones.store within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item's condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you received a damaged product, the wrong item, or if something is missing from your package, please notify us at Jaysdomains@jeanajones.store within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will correct the mistake and replace the item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
